When you use Post Eazy, we collect: your TikTok account information (username, profile picture) provided through OAuth authentication; content you upload for scheduling (videos, captions, hashtags); and scheduling preferences and settings.
Your information is used solely to provide the scheduling service: authenticating with TikTok, storing your scheduled content, and publishing it at the designated time via the TikTok Content Posting API.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Media files are stored temporarily and deleted after successful publication to TikTok. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to interact with the TikTok API on your behalf.
We use the following third-party services: TikTok Content Posting API (to publish your content), Supabase (database and file storage), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all stored content, scheduling data, and authentication tokens will be permanently removed.
